运行→cmd
输入命令：
shutdown -s -t 3600 表示系统将会在3600秒即1个小时后自动关机
shutdown -a 会取消已设定的自动关机
shutdown -I 可以打开设置自动关机对话框
shutdown -r 关机并重启
或直接运行→at 22:00 Shutdown -s 则表示将会在22点自动关机
